Dr. Keith Aljets began working at VMC in 1990 after graduating from the Iowa State University School of Veterinary Medicine. He continued his education beyond a DVM and completed the Executive Veterinary Program at the University of Illinois in 1998. Dr. Aljets' primary focuses are in swine production medicine and sow farm management. He is married with three sons and their family has 2 dogs. Dr. Aljets enjoys watching ISU sporting events as well as hunting, fishing and golfing.

Dr. Brian Huedepohl attended Concordia University in Wisconsin and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business in 1992. He then attended Iowa State University's College of Veterinary Medicine and received his DVM in 1998. After graduation from ISU he worked at Mahaska Veterinary Clinic for 3 years before joining Veterinary Medical Center in 2001. At VMC, he works primarily with cow/calf and feedlot operations. As part of his interest in beef reproduction, Dr. Huedepohl enjoys working with ultrasound, embryo transfer and has been in charge of VMC's Heifer Development Program for the past 10 years. Dr. Huedepohl is married with 3 children and enjoys spending time with his family as well as golfing and hunting.

Dr. Nicolas Rippel focuses his time at VMC working in swine health and production as well as sow farm management. Dr. Rippel is a 2003 graduate of the University Of Illinois College Of Veterinary Medicine and joined the VMC team in 2007.

Dr Tom Hansen graduated from Iowa State University with B.S. in Animal Science in 2007 and his DVM degree in 2011. He joined VMC in early 2014. He focuses primarily on bovine medicine with an emphasis on reproductive work. Dr. Hansen's family includes his wife, one daughter and one son. He enjoys gardening, biking and cheering on the Iowa State Cyclones.

Dr. Amanda Cronbaugh grew up on a farm in rural Marengo where she first gained interest in production animal medicine. She graduated from Iowa State University in 2013 with a Bachelors of Science in Animal Science and again in 2017 with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. She began working at VMC in May of 2017 where she focuses primarily on large animal medicine. Her special areas of interest include bovine and small ruminant reproductive services such as embryo transfer and ultrasound. Dr. Cronbaugh is married and has two dogs, Oreo and Abner. In her spare time, she enjoys cheering on the Iowa State Cyclones, spending time with friends and family, playing volleyball, kayaking, fishing, and walking her dogs.

Dr. Susan Kula was born and raised in Iowa City, she graduated from Iowa in 2000, with a BA in biology and philosophy, then obtained her DVM from ISU in 2005. Although she attended both rivals, she remains a Hawkeye fan. She has practiced in Des Moines, Oxford, and Iowa City before settling in her new hometown of Williamsburg. Her "zoo" consists of 2 horses, 3 dogs, and 7 cats. She and her husband, Nathan share several hobbies including stage combat sword fighting, Irish step dancing, and are elected officials for the local Scottish cultural organization. Any "spare" time is likely spent camping, reading, hiking or going for a run. Her particular interest is surgery, and she is a member of the AVMA, IVMA, and is nationally accredited by the USDA APHIS.

Dr. Jessica Klein graduated from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. She has recently started working in Williamsburg after 3 years of mixed animal medicine. Some of her interests include medicine cases, acupuncture/chiropractics and advanced ultrasound imaging. Dr. Klein is originally from the Solon area and now resides in Coralville. She has two fur kids, a dog Bear & cat Mystie. When not working, she enjoys staying active(running, yoga & biking), watching and attending Iowa football games, spending time on the family farm, playing volleyball, and hanging out with family & friends.

Jenn Walz began working at VMC after graduating from Kirkwood Community College in 2002 as a Veterinary Technician. Jenn works with the large animal side of the clinic. She enjoys getting to know clients and helping them with their livestock needs. Outside of the clinic, Jenn enjoys spending time with friends & family(and of course her Mini Aussie, Gus), camping, stamping and volunteering with local 4Hers.

Stacy Montross recieved her degree as a Veterinary Technician as a part of the Kirkwood Community College class of 2006. After graduating, Stacy joined the VMC staff as a small animal technician. Stacy works with the small animal side of the clinic. Stacy is married with two children, a dog, Paris & a cat Meow. Stacy enjoys watching the Iowa Hawkeyes and spending time with her family and friends.

Mike Westcott graduated from the University of Iowa. In 2007, he joined the VMC staff as the operations manager. As operations manager, Mike is in charge of payroll and hiring as well as everyday management of the clinic. Mike is married with four children. Outside of the clinic he enjoys cheering for his children in various activities, gardening, fishing and spending time with the family pets, Wrigley & Mouser.

Stacy Sickles began working for the Veterinary Medical Center in 1991 after graduating from Kirkwood Community College with a Veterinary Technician degree. Stacy pays the VMC bills as well as working with computers and taking part in all the day to day management aspects of the clinic. Stacy is married with two daughters who love to visit her at the clinic. Outside of the clinic she enjoys watching the Iowa Hawkeyes, showing dairy cattle, and spending time with her family and fur kids Dakota, George & Oreo.

Renee Lamparek - Inventory Manager
Renee Lamparek worked as a Veterinary Technician for 2 yrs. at TriCounty in Pella before she began working at VMC in 1993. She began working as a small animal technician in May of 1993. Her job has expanded to being in charge of inventory and ordering for both clinic and managed sow farms. Outside of ordering, Renee prepares blood and tissue samples for diagnostic lab and enters daily tickets and product to be invoiced. Renee graduated in 1988 from ICCC in Fort Dodge with Associated Arts Degree and 1991 from Kirkwood Community College - Veterinary Technician Program. She is married with 2 children and enjoys watching their sporting events and is an avid Kansas City Chiefs and Iowa Hawkeye fan.

Caroline Koon - Receptionist
Caroline started working for Veterinary Medical Center in December 2012 as the clinic's Receptionist. She brings to the clinic more than 20 years of customer service experience from the insurance industry and city government. Caroline is married with five daughters, one step-daughter, one step-son, and has five grandchildren. She and her husband, Tim, enjoy living in the country and tending to their vegetable and flower gardens; and they love to take cruise vacations.
